Losing slowly

Most diet advise says you must only lose 1-2 kg a week max. Most of us want to lose more.

Well I have lost another 0.2kg. Now weighing in at 105.2 kg.

I plan to give my diet a kick start with a 2 day detox this week and a longer one after Christmas.

I remember when I first started my weightloss journey and hopee people inspired me and it made alot of difference to me reading others in the same boat as myself..
One thing I do say to everyone... slow and steady wins the race....
most dr's reccomend a 0.5 kilo loss per week is sustainable... any more than that isnt a good loss and is very hard to keep off and keep the motivation going etc...
My journey has been fairly slow... But I havent missed out on much...
I still eat out and I still drink my scotch and eat corn chips etc...
