So on Sunday I finally upped the tempo of exercise for almost 10min during a 30min video aerobics session. I perspired more and felt some itchiness. This happens to me whenever I start exercising after break.

That is a really interesting fact about the itchy legs. I bet it's not fun.

There are so many obstacles to overcome when we start an exercise program. Fortunately it gets better every day! Well done!
diet that will make u function well...
eat small portions and do not mix proteins with carbohydrates...
that is the main rule, for example, fresh salads with olive oil, with vegetable... meat with salads, a not potatoes with meat, or rice with meat... to start make this...
2 days drink low fat yogurt or fruit yogurt with little corn flakes
3rd day only boiled potatoes
4th day only cooked vegetable
5th day chicken steak
6th day only fresh fruit, not bananas
7, 8th day chicken steak
9th day low fat milk or fruit yogurt with little serial
10th day, one meal from other 9 days by choice...
no bread, no additional meals allowed in first 10 days.. then ur organism will get used to smaller portions of food...and u lose between 6-10 kilos..
after it, make the meals combining those products and do not mix carbohydrates and proteins again.... use almost no bread or pies....

I get the itchies too ... but I think mine is from dry skin on my legs.. it goes away usually..
I used to get the itchies too!!!
I cant remember the last time it happened....
Bummer about the 150gm pk of chips.. haha.. we all do it..
