Day 1 Report on Breakfast
I had a health Shake at 10am for breakfast.
Went walking on the Beach for 30min. Took photographs while I was walking.
I need to still drink more water, then my goals for today have been met.

You walk yesterday sounded so lovely.
I am experimenting with protein shakes that i make myself. I want to drink them as snacks in between meals.
