New 4 Day Cycle Report

Day 1

Breakfast: shake
snack: herbal tea
Lunch: 1/2 cup of wholewheat pronutro and 1/2 glass of milk

Walked up the hill to a friends house - was less out of breathe than usual.
Got my liquids in!

The best thing about exercise is that the more we do it, the easier it gets. And of course, as you get lighter, it gets even easier.
