Today I have a major headache and I do have any painkillers in the house and don't want to drive into town to buy - so I am going to try this instead.
Drink water and do the following relaxation exercise.

We never have any pills in the house and chalk up every ache and pain as detoxification, so our method of dealing with it is to get it out of our system quicker... drinking water, having an enema, doing a healing breath routine, etc. I can't watch the video right now, because Craig is sleeping, but I'll check it out in the morning!
