I have been off target for the last week. Under the weather so to speak. Its change of season so my hayfever is high, cravings are high.........
Today I did a 20min walk with my daughter - tried to run a bit.
Next 4 days concentrate on increased exercise.

well done! set a goal and go for it .
i was as well off target for the last week.but i am fully back now and i did 45 min walking jugging on my treadmill with my nike + ipod i feel it motivate me a lot.
WTG on your walk! Good luck on increasing your exercise, I also am going to do the same this week! ; )
