According to Robin Sieger : Commitment is doing the thing you said you will do long after your desire to do it has passed you by.....Persistence is all all -important ability just to keep going no mater how often you fall sown, no matter how despondent you may get. It is the ability just to get up and continue try time and time again.

I look back on this blog and sometimes I just want to delete - its like another reminder that I have failed to stick to my plan, failed to lose weight.

I am not going to quit - this blog shows that I can be persistent - I will do it.
