Colour Therapy


Have you ever tried Colour Therapy?

I have actively chose the colours for classroom and other places with this in mind. What colours will stimulate learning, be relaxing, create atmosphere that feels safe and conducive to productivity.

I certainly believe that colors play a role in our moods and wellness, but I have never consciously chosen colors for a certain effect. Maybe I should start!
