Changing the way I think about food and my body in just 4 days.
Martha’s idea is that:
“A 4-day win is a simple method for breaking large, overwhelming goals into comfortable, bite-sized pieces that are accomplished over a four-day period and anchored with rewards to encourage positive behaviour. I read the book and have been trying it for about 2 weeks. I found your blog, because I was wondering if this really works for people. The first 200 or so pages in the book are about stress, and changing the way you think, not about dieting at all. You don't have anything in your blog about doing those exercises. Those are the ones that are the hardest for me. Did you go through and do all the exercises in the first 10chapters? Was it helpful?
