I sad to report that I did not succeed - so the plan is to put the same 4 days into effect from today.

Changing the way I think about food and my body in just 4 days.
Martha’s idea is that:

Can you tell me which particular thing that you did not manage eg the water, sleep or whatever?
I often find that I take a few "run ups" before I succeed at something. Is it the same for you?
