I have unfortunately slipped of the wagon and gone up to a whopping 113.8kg.
This morning I have drank two glasses of water, a slimfast shake :
Coffee Lovers Delight:
Blend 8 oz skim milk + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 2 skim milk ice cubes + 1 Tbsp. instant decaf coffee + 1/2 tsp. vanilla + 1 packet Splenda
I used 2% milk, 4 water ice-cubes, real coffee and no splenda
I have exercise for 30min to Zumba fitness video and I am on my way to drink more water and have an apple for a snack.
I am also taking a multi-vitamin and I am on anti-depressants.
My husband is away for the next two weeks. I am hoping to getting the house organised and my life in way that when he returns he will be able to fall into to it.
Before he left we bagan doing couple worships and family worship as well as walking. So his on board with the plan to get some routine into our lives. Routine has always for us. we both naturally rebel against it and his work has also made it difficult.
We are both determine to get healthy and lose weight and we have decided that routine is the way to do. We be flexible but this time not let our plans be totally derailed.

Project 36 - 4 Days at a time
Tomorrow I begin to implement my wellness vision.
I have decided to call it Project 36 (which means it will last for 5 weeks and a bit - 9 increments of 4 days).
My goal for the next 4 days:
- Get up at 6am
- Spend 20min doing visualization and relaxation exercise
- 5-10 min reading something spiritually engaging
- 10min Journaling
- 10min planning the rest of the day
-10-30min exercising
- Drink 4 glasses of water
REWARD: Buy a hair mask - treat myself to face and hair mask treatment.
NEXT WEEKS REWARD:claim the free pedicure my beautician friend promised
